Curry Fried Pickles

Fried Pickles!!

So you can do these in a deep fryer or pan fry them. If you don't know the difference deep fry is in a pot full of oil and pan fry is in a pan with about a half inch of oil. Look up how to fry before you attempt this, because it can be dangerous if you don't know how to fry! You can use this recipe to batter and fry just about anything.

Batter Recipe:
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup flour
1 eggs
1 can of light beer
cumin
cayenne
paprika
cinnamon
salt & pepper

Whisk to a battery consistency if too wet add more bread crumbs and to dry add another more beer.

Assign yourself a wet and a dry hand to go through the steps of battering the pickle

Take from pickle juice (wet)
coat in flour (dry)
coat in batter (wet)
FRY!!!

"Kobe" Noodles!

So being a student and a chef I love Kobe's Japanese Steak House and more specifically I love their noodles. Being the handy chef I am, I wanted to remake them so I didn't have to go out and pay for them. This obviously isn't the exact method or recipe to make them but this is what I did and they're just as tasty so here's my...
